Back in the Spotlight, #NBCTstrong @LisaSnodgras shares what being an NBCT means to her and for her students. “As an NBCT, I am committed to my students and their learning. Recognizing that their fundamental and emotional needs must be met before I meet their needs academically.

That is not lowering standards and expectations but adjusting in many ways by understanding students and building meaningful relationships.” @AAcademicsArts @HSVk12
