UEFA fined them for "displaying a message not fit for a sporting event and bringing the reputation of football and UEFA itself into disrepute". The image was a traditional Orthodox tifo of Jesus Christ or Saint Simeone the Myrrh-flowing, while the text underneath read: “May our faith lead you to victory". UEFA has stopped games for Ramadan and openly promoted BLM and LGBT campaigns during tournaments. But Christianity is ‘inappropriate’?! What an utter disgrace.

Dit zijn mensen die, wanneer zij de beschikking zouden hebben over nucleaire wapens, deze zouden gebruiken, als gevolg van hun jihadistische bloeddorstige ideologie. Israël en Amerika halen voor ons de kastanjes uit het vuur. Het kleine landje Israël, met zo weinig inwoners, offert zonen en dochters op, jonge militairen die sneuvelen in deze oorlog, mede om Europa te beschermen. Stand with Israël. Als het niet uit sympathie voor Israël is, of uit sympathie voor de bevolking van Iran, doe het dan in ieder geval in je eigen belang en, als je kinderen hebt, dat van je nageslacht.
