Annex 8K allows for multiple other entry pathways to New Zealand, for periods ranging from 90 days in any 12-month period to three years, depending on the category, some of which are uncapped." ━━━━━━━ 🔻 RNZ: Reported chief negotiator Vangelis Vitalis's safeguards for Annex 8L's 5,000 cap as a response to Peters' "ludicrous immigration implications" framing. ✅ Reality: RNZ failed to note Annex 8K Section B (uncapped Specialists) and Annex 8F (uncapped students) exist. A formal complaint has been lodged with RNZ under Media Council Principle 1 (Accuracy, Fairness and Balance) for misleading by omission.
