This is a great, thoughtful, witty, brainy list, as one would fully expect from @robsheff, and my one regret is that 95% of my Duranie friends have already fled this hellsite, so I can't endlessly debate with them about Duran Duran's contribution to/placement on this list.

This is what happens when the people on site cannot act while having to wait for authorization from a higher up who’s not even on scene. I understand the need of a chain of command. It’s just vicariously frustrating calling and waiting on an unresponsive supervisor.
