@KeithOlbermann I was in Texas last week. Texans have "mastered" Covid safety practices in the same way that toddlers master sharing their toys. Reluctantly, and only when someone is watching.

Why are we wasting vaccinations on Texas if Texas has decided to join the side of the virus?

Today, @POTUS directed states to add preK-12 educators, school staff & licensed childcare workers to our current vaccine prioritization. We are adding these workers to Washington’s Phase 1B-1 immediately.
