@Drsdross @sbrownehr Do you like what your life is filled with? As a leader, we should not emphasize measuring employee performance over identifying the employee's FULL capacity. Are you filling our employees with busy work, or are you introducing to them ways to be fulfilled?

@Drsdross @sbrownehr HR is the legal and moral core of a successful organization. Clear and common language is most effective to assure the people you serve understand the TRUE meaning. Abbreviated Language can lead to an Abbreviated Understanding.

@Drsdross @sbrownehr HR On Purpose, by Steve Browne, is a great, fluid way to understand the role of Human Resourses for any industry and level. I now understand the importance of objective and subject balance to assure that we see process and people as one consistent thread.
