Crime statistics are being whitewashed and here’s how. Look at this collage from Virginia & Texas sex offender registries. Dozens with clearly non-White names and appearances — Hispanic, Asian, etc. — all listed as Race: White. Massive record scrapes + AI mugshot analysis confirm it: ~22% of Hispanics misclassified as White. Fixing it would RAISE Hispanic criminal rates by 20-30%, and would DROP White rates by ~4-6%. THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING

Why are these people listed as white when they are obviously not?

@TripleHelix85 @beerswithboggs @DoDeportations AI has a majority of policies and safeguards against using it in this way, otherwise it’d be easy. I think this is by design.

Yes! recentlybooked.com There are also individual state and federal databases that are worth checking out. This isn’t cheap at all; you must know what you’re looking for. I plan to include links in a post soon so everyone can start digging and investigating themselves, this must be public!

@CristiSteel @DoDeportations The OMB updated race/ethnicity standards in March 2024 specifically to fix misclassification like this. Yet counties and agencies are still mass-listing obviously non-White offenders as “White.” This type of “white-labeling” distorts crime statistics nationwide.
