In downloading the TV manual it says on page 40: Apple iOS not supported and also ‘no other apps can be added to this TV.

I’ve been reading only Golden Age detective fiction while on this trip— I’ve yet to encounter anything as baffling as the mystery of why I can’t get my phone to stream to any of the smart TVs
