@vetasoll hmm we will have to wait and see, Alice did say that he is the same as Rhine, and he even asks if she thinks it as a bad thing. The thing with Albedo, is that theres not much characters that can comment on his morals that also arent morally grey, so he never gets called out

@Literally_me2 maybe i worded it poorly but i’m not denying that albedo is morally grey from the start, more like that personally i don’t feel that the story will properly explore/acknowledge the implications of him following rhine's steps 😞 would love to be wrong tho

@anabanosoto @vetasoll @alcherinnexx i mean, i could see them feeling like other characters dont comment on how messed up he sometimes is, like the whole killing of Subject 2 and destruction of old Durin is not questioned morally, but its very obviously morally grey.

@vetasoll @alcherinnexx its very obviously intended, since day 1 Albedo has been teased as not being as good as he presents himself to be, by Rosaria, by himself, recently by Durin voicelines.

@alcherinnexx for me it’s not about hating the character but rather being disappointed in how his arc is handled for now. the moral greyness we see doesn’t feel fully intended, it could as well be just poor writing that won’t result in anything satisfying.
