ALL RIGHTEY, WELP MTO's are closing down for the time being as we are experiencing yet more issues due to this third party customization app. Unfortunately these issues are beyond what tech support squish can handle, and need to be handled by the app devs. I am so, so very sorry. We spent weeks getting this app set up with our products and variants, and did numerous rounds of testing before we opened MTO's. It handled single orders perfectly fine, however, as far as I can tell it was not designed to handle very many orders at once, and has failed in numerous ways. I will continue to manually sort through orders to see what was placed correctly and what was not. Please bear with me as this process is going to take hours, as I am only one person. Again, I am so very sorry for the inconvenience. I hate that something fun that people were looking forward to has turned into a massive issue.

Okey dokey, we are back online! MTO's are back up as before, with the exception of Kits, which now look slightly different, but should calculate correctly now. I am so, so very sorry for the inconvenience. As best we can tell, our MTO app crashed due to the order influx of Kits. A handful of Kit orders went through correctly, and those will stand as is! For the rest, we have canceled/refunded any incorrect orders. Again, I am so sorry for all the hassle, and thank you all so much for your patience!

@HodgePodgeEnt Damn, I was sooooo close but it went down after I clicked on it. Will there be a reset time for the re-opening? I don’t wanna overwhelm the page by randomly refreshing every few mins waiting for it to come back, hahaha! Sorry all this got so messed up.
