idk who needs to hear this but PLEASE do not sleep or nap with ur contact lens on 😭 I was extremely tired on my way home from school and was zoning in and out of consciousness from the car ride, and that alone was enough to get one of my contacts stuck in my upper eyelid. I didn’t even know it was stuck there, I was trying to take out my lens as usual in the bathroom before bed and my eye kept getting redder and redder bc I noticed too late that it’s not even at the spot it’s suppose to be I was just irritating my pupil for no reason. genuinely bottom 5 experiences oat trying to get this shit out of my eye, I was panicking 💀
