Last post tonight. We are in a tough time for our industry. A lot of projects will die. It isn’t always easy to raise red flags, especially when you personally like & respect the people leading the projects. But my obligation is to my audience and providing good information so they can make the best decisions for themselves. I’m still learning and will continue to improve. The ReCoop will survive this winter and be better because of it 👊🏼
