@FoxyLustyGrover I sometimes watch the news and struggle to believe it’s not satire 🥴

I have a lot of observations about European crisps, but the key one is that Salt & Vinegar stops at Dover.

My body’s reaction to these covid boosters is no joke. Last night was worse than when I had covid.

Was the @BlackFerns haka even more powerful because they are doing it to England? Or have I spent too long teaching colonisation

Seeing out my last day of 36 listening to Lauryn Hill and eating pizza in the sunshine. Pretty good end to a year as it goes.

@LizzieMarvelly The worst part is the crazies who continue letting them off over the next few weeks/months. My floof can’t cope.

My well-being position at school makes me wonder things. Like, I get the need and benefit of good staff appraisal in work places. But what about workplace appraisal? Workplaces should want to know they’re good employers, meeting staff needs too.

@FoxyLustyGrover Life long asthmatic here too. I was worried about masks but they were fine. Except if I taught a full 6 period day that included a lot of speaking. I’d be very short of breath and dizzy by the end of day. But manageable.

Way back when the whole mask thing kicked off I did a little experiment for my own interest. Life long asthmatic as I am I know what not being able to breathe feels like. 1 mask is barely restrictive, I got up to 11 masks at once before it felt like even a moderate asthma attack.

Hey teachers, we’re celebrating neuro diversity week next week, and I’d love to share some ideas for classroom games / brain breaks that would align/promote and support this. Any ideas? #teaching #neurodiverse #nzteachers
