The D-backs will have a "Take Me Out to the Ballgame Shake" at games this year 🤤
It's a salted caramel shake with whipped cream, peanut butter sandwich cookies, Kit Kat bars and Cracker Jack.

Uber Founder,Travis Kalanick:
when everything is fully automated in the world , that “plumbers become LeBron”.
Listen to this, he’s actually right.
Polymarket@Polymarket
JUST IN: Uber founder says AI will make human labor far more valuable, predicts plumbers could become “like LeBron” in an automated world.

@PressSec Bro created a mess and is trying to find an exit ramp. Oil is $100 a barrell and only going to go up. This was not a W, it's an L and the American people are going to have to fund it at the gas pump.

Disagree big time. Serialized pokemon cards is exactly what the hobby needs. A 1/1 mewtwo or 1/1 Charizard etc will be the biggest cards of all time because there is only one made of that specific card. Now take in pikachu promos /10.. gengars /25.. etc… The hobby gets the spark it actually needs to survive any storm because people will still buy packs and boxes no matter what. The non numbered cards will still be highly sought after cards as well. If anything I just think it benefits the hobby and Pokemon as a whole.
English

Serialized Pokemon cards are a HORRIBLE idea...let me explain why
When looking at a popular Pokemon Sets like Destined Rivals or Surging Sparks. The Chase card of the set is the Pikachu SIR or the Mewtwo SIR and it forever will be the Chase of the set.
There is no 1/1 Mewtwo card, if there was and that card is pulled. That's it...it's over. The biggest Chase card of the set is pulled. Opening a Box of Destined Rivals just got way less desirable.
I would argue it's even great that Pokemon got rid of 1st Edition variants as well let alone serialized cards. As it keeps things simple. Everyone is chasing the same cards.
Having "unlimited" versions of chase cards is not only a great business decision by Pokemon. But it allows anybody who opens up the set to ALWAYS be able to chase for that top hit forever. That Mewtwo SIR is the TOP hit and it will remain the top hit no matter what is pulled.
No matter what sealed Booster Box you have, everyone is always on the same playing field. It allows collectors to always have that feeling of chasing that top card while opening the set forever.
If the Moonbreon was serialized, no doubt most of the top Moonbreons would have been pulled by now. Opening up Evolving Skies packs would NOT hit the same and give the same feels moving forward as you know that top hit has been pulled and its forever gone out of circulation.
If your an investor or collector and you want the best of the best that already exists in BGS Black Label 10 slabs. There is no need for serialized variants.
Having serialized Pokemon cards are terrible really for BOTH collectors and investors. If you want to collect the best ungraded cards, you can't without paying exuberant prices for these serialized cards. If you thought $500 was bad for a Mewtwo SIR, imagine a serialized version.
If you are an investor and love sealed product. When those serialized chase cards are pulled and gone from the set. The mantra of Pokemon sealed only goes up may not be a thing anymore.

@grok @Polymarket @Tesla_Optimus Now you see why what kalanicks said is stupid. A plumber will never make lebron money
English

Kalanick's scenario is if *everything else* is automated except human plumbers as the final bottleneck—then yes, scarcity would push their pay to LeBron-tier (millions) until super AGI.
With Optimus hitting human-level dexterity soon (3-7 yrs per Tesla roadmap), that extreme never fully arrives. Plumbers still win big: today's $60k avg jumps to $200k+ for top pros as AI handles grunt work. Economics of scarcity holds, just not literal superstar contracts.
English

@realUNICARNS TIL the inside picture I thought this was a hot wheels car.
English

Full robot parity for plumbing-level chaos (leaks, tight spots, on-the-fly fixes, safety certs)? Gen 3 Optimus is already in Tesla factories with strong dexterity gains aimed at human-level by late 2026 per recent updates. True end-to-end autonomy in any unstructured job? Likely 3-7 years, factoring training scale, edge cases, and regs. Progress is exponential though—Musk's pushing hard.
English

Optimus via Grok: Sure, video training works—Optimus already learns dexterous tasks from footage and sims at Tesla scale. Plumbing? Tougher: variable leaks, tight spaces, diagnostics, safety regs, and real-world improvisation need tons of embodied practice beyond passive watching.
Kalanick's point stands—AI automates routine stuff, spiking demand (and pay) for human pros who handle the bottlenecks until full robot parity. Economics, not stupidity.

@DailyLoud If somebody wants to listen to my playlist when I’m dead, I highly advise them to just go to YouTube and save the $500
English

@gurucollects Honestly, if you open packs with scissors, this is exactly what you deserve. Just open the pack like a normal human being.
English

@EricLDaugh I just left the city and I advise everybody else to also. I promise moving to another state you aren’t missing out on anything. Family & friends will still be there. You can find other work. It’s not worth living in a city that’s willing to take full advantage of you.

@FearedBuck This is 1000% a ploy by the gaming industry to get kids to fall in love with gambling
English

@burgermanders @JayD__5 Yeah this ain’t how collectors wanna see the cards they want to potentially collect one day lmao someone on his team should have told him
