#TreesAreTheKey Liverpool is home to one of the oldest trees in the country - the Allerton Oak in Calderstones Park, which experts date back to around 1440. In 2024 we installed new supports to help protect it for future generations💚 Where’s your favourite tree in Liverpool?

#TreesAreTheKey Young trees need gentle paws 🐾 Their bark works like skin, keeps them healthy & helps them flourish. If a dog scratches too hard, it can damage bark making the tree vulnerable to insects & infection. Help keep tree bark protected by guiding your dog responsibly💚
