#Remembrance Remembering 2nd Lieut Thomas Utting Royden, 17th Bn Liverpool Pals/1st Bn KRRC, Killed in action 14 Nov 1916 aged 20. A sad story of the bravery of a teenage grandson of a Liverpool Mayor, who lied about his age to sign up. See tinyurl.com/ydeylau7 @Liverpool_Pals

Recently @SommePhantom asked if a 'Known unto God' headstone can have the @Liverpool_Pals' Eagle & Child emblem. 🧐 I've yet to find an example, but yesterday I did find one with the 6Bn's badge. 📍 A.I.F. Burial Ground, two doors down from Pte. Willder, 1765. @DanielJPhelan_
