@Livillon Portions and timing. Don’t eat to close to the gym wait maybe an hour and half or two! And portions should be enough to keep you full but not stuffed! I usually do like a toast or a pb and jelly. Si no un avena o cereal te aguanta Avoid heavy and oily food before the gym too
