Extremely frustrated with Livspace Bhopal. Choosing them for my kitchen has been one of the worst decisions of my life. Work started on 18 Aug 2024 and it’s still incomplete. Whatever has been done is poor quality and unusable. Last week, I have been calling Harish and Rahul daily, who are handling my project, but not once has anyone answered my calls. And yet you talk about offering a 10-year warranty? You can’t even complete a project properly. After my last tweet, a team from Indore came and did some patchwork, but now the work has stalled again. Completely unacceptable! Also, why involve celebrities like Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma in promotions when customers are facing such poor service? This only damages their reputation too. #Livspace #CustomerExperience #PoorService
