My dear friend has had issues with @Pella_News She got new double paned windows for her new home. This mess was between the panes, directly from the factory. #pellafail refuses to remedy the situation! @BBBKY

@Pella_News Thanks for “reaching out”, but she still has absolutely NO resolution to her dilemma. Her windows are still an absolute mess! She was told that @Pella_News doesn’t “clean windows”, but they were delivered and installed with adhesive and fingerprints btw the sealed double panes.
