But my entire point is basically refuting that the hormones themselves decide sexuality, as if they did decide it they could "treat" homosexuality.

I think the main problem is that people see sexuality as something rigid when in most cases it's fluid. There are people born gay, straight, bi or asexual. That experience can change over time or remain intact for the rest of their lives. However to attribute sexuality entirely to hormones is a fool's game. Admittedly we do not know what 'causes' sexuality, or if even is such a thing.

It can be that your body has changed and better aligned with your sexuality, or other factors about your perceived being or societal. But it is not the biological change in sex hormones that is the switch E+P ≠ like men T ≠ like women

@LlamaGodesLydia @girlmoderology "Born this way" is not actually all that black and white. Sexuality being fluid and conversion therapy being wrong are two things that can coexist at the same time. You're dismissing people's lived experiences because they don't fit neatly in your liberal worldview

Historically gays and lesbians have been treated with hormones to "change their sexuality" as a form of conversion therapy and has never worked. Hormones ≠ sexuality

I don't know what happened but there was a shift. idk what else to say sorry. It took me a long time to accept that about myself cause people said I was crazy.
