What a weekend!!! Over 30 of our swimmers competed at the Swim Wales Development Meet. Some amazing individual performances, fantastic relays and medals galore!! Congratulations to you all! 🥇 x 11 🥈 x 17 🥉 x 7 & 75 PB’s!!!

Well today we took a whopping 24 swimmers to Llanelli autumn gala. @LlanelliASC diolch for hosting and having us for a great gala. Everyone pb’d and put in all their new skills we have been practicing. It was a pleasure to watch the swimmers put the training to good use.
