🧵🪡 On why the £500m regeneration of the Gascoigne by @lbbdcouncil @BeFirstLondon and @BDReside is considered by those living within it as a resounding failure.

It would be good to get clarity on whether we are all paying for this disgraceful behaviour. In the 2.5 weeks between arrest and his upcoming departure, he will have cost taxpayers almost £8900 in salary alone.

Really disappointed that after a week, @lambeth_council have taken no action after I alerted them that they have leaked the sensitive personal data of 57 residents. Seems they have no regard for GDPR. No doubt I'll shortly have to lodge a complaint with @ICOnews ...again.

The experience of leaseholders in Barking looks identical to our experience in #Lambeth. I wonder whether Barking council learned from @lambeth_council about how to rip off leaseholders with dodgy service contracts.
