On 20 -21, we convened board meeting in Dar. The board was able to review the implementation of strategic plan . Further, the board reviewed the annual narrative and audited financial reports for 2025. We are committed to good governance in the organisation

On July 30, 2025, we launched the Tanzania 4 Resilience (T4R) platform part of the regional Africa 4 Resilience (A4R) initiative, bringing together civil society, faith leaders, youth and development actors to shape a more climate resilient and inclusive Tanzania. T4R aims to build a resilient nation where communities thrive amid climate, social and economic challenges through sustainable, community-led solutions. From rainwater harvesting to climate-smart agriculture, and from faith-based advocacy to governance planning, participants co-developed a shared vision and strategic pillars for resilience, grounded in local realities and aligned with national and regional priorities. At UNA Tanzania, we are proud to be part of the T4R initiative and its role in building bridges across countries, sectors, and communities to strengthen collective action on climate, livelihoods and disaster resilience. #unat #tanzania4resilience #africa4resilience

TAMA leaders met with LM International during the Midwifery Emergency Skills Training (MEST) in Dar es Salaam, training 30+ midwives to enhance emergency skills! Exciting collaborations ahead in maternal health, cervical cancer awareness, and menstrual hygiene! Stay tuned!
