The ability to be a "GREAT TEAMMATE" is being lost on society because of selfishness, entitlement, softness and the intense pursuit of immediate/constant gratification. Kids are now being taught to cut and run the minute an ounce of adversity enters the equation. "BE BETTER"

As a coach, push your players hard, but love them even harder. The more you care about your players as people, the more they’ll respect you and embrace your coaching.

The more motivated you are, the more you’ll train. The more you train, the more you’ll win. The more you win, the more motivated you’ll become. Keep this cycle going. Don’t let complacency stop it!

By far, the #1 most important skill at the youth level is simply "playing catch."

Batting practice with 1 kid hitting the rest shagging in the field is unacceptable at every level of amateur baseball.
