Rest in peace to longtime ring announcer and friend Brett Wolverton. Over the years Brett ring announced countless matches I’ve competed in. He was one of the kindest men I have ever had the pleasure of knowing and was a true friend to anyone he came in contact with. My last real interaction with Brett was at @WrestleCade in November 2025. Prior to the show we were hanging out by the ring and he told me that he would be announcing the show that night. He said that announcing the show was one thing he always wanted to do. He referred to it as the “Big Time” show run by @TheBrianHawks and @RealTracyMyers. Thinking about that conversation now it reminds me that the universe has a special knack for finding a way for good people to accomplish what they set out to do. Brett, thanks for all the kind words and memories. You will be missed. ❤️
