i've cried after sex twice in my life both times it was because i realized something about league of legends first time i was 16. lying there. staring at the ceiling. completely hollow. not sad not happy just nothing and i thought "this is exactly how i feel after a 40 minute loss" you give everything. every ounce of focus. every good decision. you play the best game of your life and your bot lane hands it over at the 40 minute mark and there is nothing you can do that emptiness taught me the first brutal truth. the effort doesn't always match the outcome. you can be perfect and still lose. you can give everything and still walk away with nothing second time was different. i was 18. things were good. really good her head on my chest. total peace. everything quiet. everything clicking and i thought "this is what a perfect game feels like" not the LP. not the rank. the feeling. total control. total presence. nothing outside that moment exists and that's when it hit me i'd been playing this game completely wrong for years i wasn't queuing to win. i was queuing to escape. using ranked like a drug so i didn't have to think about my actual life. filling a void instead of building something no wonder i was hardstuck. you cannot climb while you're running away so i fixed the life first. the void. the thing i was hiding from and the game got easy fewer games. more intention. every single one meaning something. i stopped playing scared and started playing to dominate your rank is a mirror of yourself. if you're hardstuck the problem was never your macro. it's whatever you queue up to avoid i fixed it. hit my peak three months later took crying after sex twice to figure that out and i'd do it a third time if it meant challenger again Study the Saskio way
