Restaurants report food fried in tallow tastes better and that they would not consider returning to seed oils. Tallow is also far better for health, because it does not oxidize or cause cancer. Now we have to figure out how to make this sustainable. wsj.com/business/beef-…

There's a reason we maxed out the saturated fat within a room temperature liquid oil! SCD1!

@exfatloss There are two major varieties of macadamia oil in the world. One of them is about 2.3% and the other is nearly 4%.
When we are moving containers directly from South Africa, it will be the lower option. Until then, at the drum distribution level, we don't get to choose.

A lot of people have been asking why we haven't started taking orders yet now that batch 1 is finished.
We have the test data on the coconut oil and the macadamia oil so it's basic arithmetic to know blend, but we like to be thorough: only dropping once the blend is tested too!
