Things more women in tech need to hear in 2026: ~ stop shrinking your ideas to make other people comfortable ~ the loudest person in the room is not always the smartest ~ you do not need 15 certifications to start applying ~ half the people you admire are figuring it out as they go too ~ being underpaid is not a “stepping stone” forever ~ one solid opportunity is better than ten random side hustles ~ there is nothing wrong with wanting money, freedom and a soft life ~ protect your peace the same way you protect your laptop password ~ not every opportunity deserves a yes ~ your career should fit your life, not consume it ~ take up space, speak clearly, and stop apologizing for being ambitious.
