Hey, for now the ranking data is from DataForSEO. Using that data, we calculate the top 3 competitors, and based on average rankings we estimate missed calls, leads, and profit. For citations, we are using a Python scraper, but it still has some errors, so there is a fallback with a default citation list. For the website audit, it currently checks only the home page for tags. So overall, I’d say the accuracy is around 60–75% right now. We are working on improving the calculations and integrating the BrightLocal API for citations, so hopefully we can reach around 85% accuracy in the coming weeks.
