#COVID19 Day 7, persistent headache, cough, scratchy throat, my body and brain feel 'wobbly' which is scaring me, exhaustion but inability to sleep for any length of time. After a breakdown in December my mental health feels fragile due to bizarre dreams and strange thoughts.
