India isn't hosting another world cup of any format across genders and age group until 2031. It will be a long 5 years until we get to host again. We will have a CT in 2029 but that may also be moved out considering all the drama that happens with hosting in sub continent So everyone that attended the finals in Ahmedabad yesterday, rejoice and celebrate, you never know what stage in life you will be when India plays a home world cup final again

If it is a happy meal trophy then why are Australia playing it? Could’ve skipped just like Bangladesh. The reality is Australia are mid in T20Is. The only T20 WC they won was because they won majority of the tosses.

India are trying to catch Australia by collecting happy meal trophies every two years at the T20 drive-thru. These seriously count for very little. Trying to lump them in with the great Aussie ODI sides by using the ‘white-ball’ catch-all phrase does not put them on equal footing. Embarrassing.

it’s a shit sport. there are no highlights, it’s just an un-evolved version of NFL which is superior in every way. and it sucks talent away from our true indigenous game (Aussie Rules).
the Australian sporting landscape would be infinitely better if rugby/NRL didn’t exist

Overall. I loved my first visit to Australia!
But WOW. Aussies love some dumb rules. I’ve never met a more aggressive bunch of circuit marshals in my life and the high vis vest might as well be the national color.
Weird for a group that think they’re the fun ones at the party.
