@alexadamsBTP_ Canes did an good job at smothering the Sens chances.. flip side.. and Sens didn't show enough desperation. Nobody stood out to me

Senators fall down 3-0 to Carolina after a 2-1 defeat. What a dreadful performance. Nobody played well. The Senators were down 3-0 last year, and mounted mini comeback. Regardless what a pitiful start to the playoffs. Didn’t see this coming.

The Senators picked a bad time to play one of their worst games of the season. And to potentially lose Jake Sanderson. We forget it all if they come back in the third period.

Sens PP needs to start producing if they are are going to win this thing. Giroux can help that 1st PP unit. They need some more composure to settle things down. Cousins has been great this year but I think I’d flip flop him with Claude.
