My first business failed in 2017. I was absolutely crushed 😵 I employed 30+ staff in Australia and many more overseas contractors. And I was over $200k in debt. All before by 28th birthday 🎂 ⬇️

Next time you hire someone, remember to "Try before you buy". 1. Create an aptitude test designed to test your candidates ability to perform the job. 2. Give it to your 3-5 finalists. 3. Evaluate their output and only then make your decision. It's insanely effective.
