On Monday I had a successful surgery to remove my testical that had the cancerous tumour in it. Unfortunately the morning of the op I was told the CT scan a week earlier has shown the cancer has spread to my abdomen and I will need to do chemo.

@Hodgiemonn Yeah try to update the bios via usb if possible and if that don’t work if you are handy enough and have a spare slot on the motherboard you can try moving the hard drive to another spot just to see if it picks it up

@Hodgiemonn Something’s up with the hard drive, either damaged boot section on the drive, drive failed, or something else I can’t think of off the top of my head.

@Hodgiemonn I guess check out the boot manager on the first page and see if you see your hard drive there

@Hodgiemonn Do you know if you only have one drive originally?

@Hodgiemonn When you go back to the easy mode like the very first picture you had and click on the little tabs middle of the screen that say sata, pcie, m2. Cycle between those and see if any information pops up. If nothing shows it means the motherboard is not picking up your hard drive

@Hodgiemonn In case I don’t see a response in time the first thing you can try is to clear your cmos or hit the button on that screen that says load optimized defaults and then save and exit to see if it boots.

@Hodgiemonn Curious what was updated and what was the error, I’m not seeing a hard drive on that bios screen which is the concern but maybe it’s on the other tab pcie or m2
