@LollyStrnks Wasn’t the best set list - agreed! But we genuinely couldn’t hear very much at all, especially when compared to the other acts.

Caught some ace bands at @allpointseastuk BUT, my word, the sound was *terrible* during @thestrokes, speakers in the arena not working, uneven mix, audience chanting “turn it up” after every song. Such a shame lads.

I can’t remember ever actually leaving a gig ever that early in my life before. I’ve seen talk of the Strokes having ‘sound issues’ last night and it was absolutely not that. They played a shitty setlist and didn’t give af. YeahYeahYeahs were, however, blindin.

Just popping in to report that the episode of Ben & Holly’s Little Kingdom ‘Journey to the Centre of the Earth’ (Season 2, Episode 39, 2013) is pretty much the exact plot of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania (2023). Also one is much better than the other.
