After 4 months we were back with a💥 with an 8-3 win over Aberdeen. Tight first half being 3-3 but perfect second half scoring 5. Matt Brown with 4 goals and MOTM (goal of the season beating the whole oppo from kick off) - Jack C, Raheem and debut goal for Jay

Good game today away against @bcfc_fans_fc City ran out 4-2 winners in the last game before Christmas for the club as most head home. Two goals for Matt, a goal for Joe Early on his debut and Izzi slotting home a penalty. Jake MOTM with a solid game at the back winning everything

@GeofThompson3 @AK4INSURANCE @jamesk8321 No problem. It’s a common mistake. It’s a bit more complicated than that but possibly the defence was they were trying to shake him off and escape rather than seriously hurt him was part of the jury’s decision. Awful case whatever the verdict

They were not trying to kill the officer or cause him harm, they were trying to escape, and he was killed as a consequence of that, which is manslaughter. Right? That's what I was trying to explain originally.

@LondonMCFC @AK4INSURANCE @jamesk8321 No it isn't. Murder requires intent to kill. Simple. Intent is not an act, it's a thought process. If you intend harm, but not death, and someone dies then that's not murder its manslaughter. Please just do a quick Google search.

@ben_rumsby What was the nature and extent of the obstruction to justify a ban? You don’t know because the ruling isn’t out so how can you say that?

I do think, however, that obstructing an FFP investigation after having already been punished for FFP breaches is worthy of a ban, not a fine. But CAS obviously disagrees.
