The soldier, identified as Gannon Ken Van Dyke, bet $33,000 on the Maduro raid on January 2, knowing the raid would happen on January 3, due to having personal knowledge of it. He now faces up to 60 Years in federal prison for: -3 counts of violating the Commodity Exchange Act (Using Confidential Government Info for Trading) -1 count of wire fraud -1 count of unlawful monetary transaction
