@Lonelydelusions Also, drink LOTS of water before going in, and if you've lost a lot of weight and are still scared, eat something before you leave even if you don't want to 🥹 That way you'll be bloated and weigh more!!

@kitty_xoxo6 Also if you meant you're going to someone's house or smth and not a restaurant, use that to your advantage and control the portions If they offer paper plates, fold it a bit and throw it away with the food still on it (after using the first couple tips)

@kitty_xoxo6 Take left overs!!!! You don't have to eat what you take home, just throw it away. Say you're full at the restaurant. Order an appetizer rather than main dish if you can, say you had a late lunch
