@CGC_SI You completely mischaracterize the responses. Why is it "freaking out" to point out how disconnected, unaware and irrelevant his take on the hobby is?

Lots of people freaking out about this tweet from Darren. But most are leaving out the most important part - “If Fanatics Fest puts itself in a more affordable venue” The fact that this event takes place in Manhattan is what will keep it from gaining significant traction with the broader collecting community. Too expensive and too far from the west coast.
