all of these new Lower Merion Kobes and Dunks celebrate Kobe’s high school legacy… without mentioning the high school. No Lower Merion anywhere. Not in the name of the shoe, not in the product descriptions. Yet LM’s instagram shows they’re a Nike school and the kids wear primarily Kobes. What am I missing? What is Lower Merion missing? Did Nike refuse to cut a check? How much could it have cost to include the school in the rollout and shine a light on the current team? Just curious. Maybe they tried and LM wanted no part.
