The year 5’s had an informative afternoon at the church in Sutton Bonington. They learnt all about the Easter Journey.

The Squirrels made bee hotels in Forest School for our class charity ‘Friends of the Honey Bee’ 🐝

Some of the children went to the friendship Centre to play music to the local community.

A very successful and joyful Easter Service.

The Squirrels created their own beach huts today! They carefully measured wood, used a saw and decorated their huts! 🏖

The Robins created their own cam mechanisms in Design and Technology, showing a fantastic ‘I can do it’ attitude throughout. ⚙️

The Robins used a force meter in Science to measure pushes and pulls, recording the force in newtons.

The Year 1s have been making natural arrays in maths!

The Owls enjoyed their science week investigation about the age and length of sharks. They showed excellent teamwork creating predictions and gathering evidence.

The children in the Hedgehog class have been busy in the garden planting lots of different seeds.
