@LongosMarkets I'm trying to reset the pw to my online account to no avail ... despite trying MULTIPLE times no email comes through. Have emailed guest care 3 times and have been completely ignored. What gives? Do you not want people to shop online??

@LongosMarkets I bought a bag of potatoes on Sunday. By today, every potato had some spoilage, with the worst almost half bad (see photo). Stored properly at room temperature.
I’ve always trusted Longo’s for quality, so this was unexpected.

@LongosMarkets I’m not sure who is running your Guestcare@longos.com but they are unresponsive. I complained about chicken breasts that I purchased on June 12th. The first email was sent on July 13, and, hearing nothing, was followed up July 18. Still waiting.
