@pastarchive And those TV's lasted for decades and decades and decades. I still have 2 CRT TV's. LED lights are destroying retina's in everybody's eyes. So called smart tv's get dark spots or half the screens dark before 7 years. They make garbage today.

@pastarchive People were poorer yet they were happier. At Christmas a pair of stockings they felt grateful & didn't frown. Today kids expect gifts worth $500.00 and their parents get it for their brats. My parents grew up during the depression, hard times yet happy times just going to a dance

@BoylanRoger My fav. photo from this film that I could watch every night. What can I say I love sexy men and Peck was certainly that. We don't have actors like this anymore. Era's long gone of exemplary actors both male and female. Audrey had chemistry with every man opposite of her in films.

@nytimes This man has been the only thing between WH Nut Job and a recession worst than 2008. Too bad the Maga Cult hasn't the intelligence to comprehend this. Next week all of us will be paying over $5.00 a gallon of gas. Iran is laughing at us. All because of a dummy without a clue.

86 in a bar means they won't serve you anymore because you're too drunk. Yes maybe to get rid of but that doesn't mean kill the drunk. Too bad Comey has to go through all this but then he did help elect trump when there was zero evidence of H. Clinton's emails were problems.

@ClassicMovieHub What was the reason behind never voting and giving Richard Burton one for so many deserving parts he played exemplary. I thought Taylor played her character in B8 great. I thought she deserved one for Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. But if, what? because her husband Todd died. No Acting.

One of our greatest presidents. He didn’t care about politics or popularity. It was about caring for the USA and carrying a big stick! President Trump really reminds me of him, & wrestling in the basement of the White House. He had almost the whole floor covered in wrestling mats…Ted loved a good fight.

@JimJNavy @historydefined Yeah that's understandable he would remind you of another racist. Even future president Theodore Roosevelt stated, “Personally I think it rather a good thing.” that they hung 11 Italians. Innocent ones. @historydefined Theodore Roosevelt, then a new appointee by President Benjamin Harrison to the United States Civil Service Commission, suggested the lynching of Italians was “a rather good thing.” He would be elected president three years later. Yeah great POS. theamericanmag.com/a-rather-good-…
