This is an example of the broken healer mmr system I go 3-3 for +0 Rating (lose mmr) I go 4-2 for +0 Rating (lose mmr) I go 5-1 for +0 Rating (Gain 23 mmr) Now just imagine i go less than 3-3, i'd never go up in rating? unless i go on some winstreak (unrealistic at higher mmr)

Specifically need buffs to our healing spells that are not Ancient Teachings or Harmonic Surge Vivify cleave hits for 250k RenM ticks for 30k I have 14 MILLION hp Obviously we have amps but they do not make up the difference for mw vs other healers power & effort required atm
