@LookAtMyMeat1 Ulfric had his heart in the right place, unfortunately he was indirectly/directly helping the Thalmor weaken the Empire. Skyrim by itself was never going to beat the Thalmor, and the Empire losing another province makes it that much harder to beat the Thalmor next time
