grandma was right. a big breakfast is the most important meal of the day. humans are meant to eat with the sun. when we rise in the morning, cortisol is high & so is insulin sensitivity. we're meant to eat a big meal to lower cortisol and fuel ourselves throughout the day. most people are eating upside down, skipping breakfast and then eating a massive dinner right before they try to sleep.
