The contrast between that wonderful programme on the late Duchess of Kent, and her selfless work for others over decades, and the programme up after it on the shallowness of Meghan Markle😱 and the monetising. Such a grim contrast. Have had to switch off.

Today a dear friend climbed scafell mountain on the north face just to take Howie 'home' to his favourite place on earth. Thank You Bryan, you fulfilled one of his final wishes and it means everything.

Death of a loved one is never easy, but having closure is helpful to make you find peace in your heart & soul. I spent many weeks by my dads side in hospital & hospice, so I was able to care for him & it gave me such joy to do that for him; I feel free from regret or anguish.
