@andersonyclin Been journaling daily (past 3 days) I just write tomorrows to-do list + what I did today and if achieve the to-do list I set the day before. Also allows me to remove my phone/devices from my bed area and focus on something else to get into the sleepy mood.

out of curiousity, who actually journals > of those that journal who prefers digital v physical. > of those that don't journal why not

Since launching my mobile app on July 12: – 25 total downloads – $40 lifetime sales – dozens of "new" features – technically $0 MRR gotta be honest guys... I'm floundering here. posting on TT has yielded near 0 results. i'm already getting distracted by shiny new ideas i want to build. and doing this with a newborn is tough (at best). feels like i'm a million steps behind everyone. i'm gonna keep trying at this thing, but damn man, this ain't easy!
