#thebachelorette was very triggering to watch last night. 1- after a traumatic death, you need to take care of yourself and process that loss. You cannot hope to fill a trauma void w/ someone else. Therapy is key.

2- when someone clearly states a boundary to you by saying “I am not telling anyone I love them til the end bc it’s not fair to the other men here.” You respect that, you don’t hurt them for holding a boundary. #TheBachelorette
