I reported this guy to Capitol Police on 12/14/20 when he walked by me adjacent to the Senate steps carry the spear. The capitol police told me that higher ups allowed him to carry a weapon on capitol grounds. Now tell me @senatemajldr and team didn’t allow this. #DCProtests
